GENERAL

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from BossBuck.com, you may
return the product for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

- There are no returns or exchanges on swimwear.
- There is a 15% restocking fee on all products returned.
- Merchandise needs to be in new condition and in the original packaging.
- If merchandise is in used/worn condition, we will ship the item back to you at your cost.

Sales@BossBuck.com to obtain a return authorization number prior to shipping the product back to us.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

SWIMWEAR

Due to health laws, we do not accept any swimwear back into our stock. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on any
swimwear product.

|
BIODIESEL FUNNELS
|
|
You have 30 days from the shipping date to return a funnel. ALL funnels must be sent back for inspection before they are
replaced or refunded. THEY CAN NOT BE USED. If they have been used or manipulated, the funnel will be shipped back to you
at your cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

CUSTOMER PICK-UPS (CPU'S)
|
|
The buyer or agent of the buyer is responsible for inspecting all merchandise prior to loading. It is also the responsibility
of the buyer or agent of the buyer to personally tie down/fasten/secure the merchandise properly. Employees of Boss Buck Inc.
are not allowed to or assist in tying down/fastening/securing of the merchandise. Boss Buck Inc. reserves the right to refuse
loading any merchandise in or on any vehicle it deems inappropriate for a given load and thereby a safety hazard. Once the
merchandise is picked up and removed from our premises, Boss Buck Inc. is not liable for lost or damaged merchandise due to
improper or failure to tie down/fasten/secure the merchandise.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY MERCHANDISE
|
|
We have 48 hours from the time of delivery to file a damage claim with the courier so please
inspect all packages at the time of delivery or as soon as possible after receiving.
Always confirm box count before signing the driver's paperwork to be certain you are not
signing for boxes you did not receive.
Note any damages or shortages on the drivers paperwork if possible.
Simply refuse any package with significant exterior damage.
Faulty, DOA (dead-on-arrival) or incorrect merchandise will be picked up at our cost for replacement or refund.
All warranted merchandise must be returned within warranty time limit provided by the manufacturer.
Warranty period will vary by manufacturer.
