Is there a warranty on the Comfort Zone Blinds?
Limited lifetime warranty...Click Here
How long will it last?
With minimal maintenance it should last a life time. The material will not rot. Components like the
bolts may need replacing over time.
Are they easy to assemble?
If you have a cordless drill motor with a 7/16" socket driver, you can assemble the 4x4 Comfort Zone
in 15 to 20 minutes. The door handle requires a Phillips screwdriver and
Allen wrench (3mm). The
towers will take 15 to 20 minutes to assemble as well.
Is the Comfort Zone completely sealed?
No...there are small openings around the windows that yellow jackets and other insects can enter through.
Adding weather stripping can solve this issue.
Is the floor treated?
No. We provide a OSB plywood floor. In order to extend the life of the floor, we recommend that you
paint it or water seal it prior to installation.
Can I use it as a ground blind?
Yes. You need to keep it off the ground to allow air under the floor to prevent it from rotting. You
also need to tie it down. If you use wood posts, railroad ties or even a wood pallet, you can lag bolt
the Comfort Zone to any of these to keep it from blowing over.
Can I lock the Comfort Zone?
Our door system allows you to lock the Comfort Zone. If you purchased a Comfort Zone prior to 2009,
you can get a door wall replacement to change from the double door system to a single, lockable one.
Can you paint the Comfort Zone?
Yes, but the paint pigment will not penetrate the plastic. If you do decide to
"Camouflage" the
Comfort Zone, you will have to re-do it over time. We recommend spray painting the bolts and washers
to remove shine after it's assembled.
Will the weather damage the Comfort Zone?
There is a UV stabilizer in the plastic to prevent weather deterioration. The material itself is rated
to withstand a temperature range of -60 to +150 degrees Fahrenheit.
What kind of towers do you have and how much weight will they support?
The towers are made of 2" angle iron. The legs are 2" angle and the cross bracing is 1 1/2" diameter.
You can put a thousand lbs. on top a 10' tower and it holds the weight without any problems.
How do you ship the Comfort Zone and what does it cost?
The Comfort Zone blinds and towers have to go by common carrier as the boxes and bundles are too large
to ship on FedEx or UPS. The cost is based on the total weight and destination.
In order to quote you on a freight cost, we need the item numbers for what you want to purchase and the
zip code it will be shipped to. It is best to have a business address to ship to instead of a residence.
If your only option is a residence you have to be there to sign for it. There is also an additional
charge for home deliveries, around $20 to $50.
We have negotiated discounts with numerous freight carriers. When we quote you a freight cost, that
number is what the carrier quote is to us.
Do you sell replacement parts?
Yes. We can provide you with any component that you need.
If my Comfort Zone gets blown over is it repairable?
99% of the time you can stand up the Comfort Zone and start hunting. The material has memory so when
heated by natural sun light it will pop back out when dented. Try pushing out dents to help the natural
process along.
If the roof or panels get twisted as a result of the fall, most of the time they will return to their
original shape after they have been exposed to the sun and warm weather.
Do your dealers sale the Comfort Zone for the same price?
All of our dealers are independent retailers who set their own prices. Some do and some do not.
They also have to cover their shipping and any other expenses the incur related to transportation, the
ability to see one on display, and the convenience of being able to pick it up will offset the price
difference.

Helpful Hints
One of the most important things to do is to secure your Comfort Zone with a tie down system. Our
Comfort Zone Blinds are lightweight and will blow over if they are not properly secured.
To extend the life of the floor, paint it with oil based exterior paint or a water seal product prior
to assembly.
If you have a yellow jacket or wasp problem each year, put seven dust under your carpet and hang a No
Pest Fly Strip inside the Comfort Zone.
