It is possible to get a motor/blower that is disfunctional from the factory. It is very rare that this
happens. The most common cause of disfunction is not pre-mixing oil with the gasoline.

We will have it inspected by a mechanic. If the unit is bad we will replace it free of charge. If it was run without
oil added, we will not replace it due to misuse/neglect.
