The 350lb. capacity hopper is 3/8" thick wall of HDPE UV Protected plastic that will not rot, rust or leak!
Our hopper has built in channels that the legs fit into. Interchangeable hardware components
allows for quick and easy conversion from automatic timer feeding in the fall, to gravity
feeding protein through the summer months. Our feeder is built to be rock solid, water proof,
and resist condensation.
We designed the lid with a loose fit to allow proper ventilation for protein pellets. Our lid
system locks the lid down, but allows the hopper to acheive ambient temperature quicker
than steel or fiberglass. This helps keep the feed fresh and as free as possible from moisture.
The lid has a 2" overlap onto the hopper so water cannot get under it. The Non-Typical hopper only
weighs 30 lbs. so moving the feeder even into remote locations is a snap!
Perfect for feed pens/set-ups that do not have livestock or wild hogs. Fills easily from the ground. No ladder needed!
